Cooking Class in Puglia!
Let yourself be carried away on an unusual journey: through the palette of gastronomic tastes, seasoned with the history of this sunny land.
Pastry and typical cuisine course in one of our typical locations (Masserie, trulli, restaurants, etc.). During the cooking class they will teach you the secrets of cooking food, the history of local products and traditions that have absorbed the colors and smells of the salty sea of the hills, vineyards and centuries-old olive groves.
We will taste all the dishes at the end of the cooking class.
With the possibility to choose between three different menus of the typical cuisine:
- Light Menu – Aperitif with friselline, olives, taralli, bread balls or battered vegetables; First orecchiette with organic sauce and cacioricotta; Dessert of your choice between sugared almonds or tiramisu. A bottle of wine and water included.
- Basic Menu – Appetizer with eggplant rolls; First orecchiette with organic sauce and cacioricotta; Dessert of your choice between sugared almonds or tiramisu. A bottle of wine and water included.
- Full Menu – Appetizer with bread balls, zucchini flowers in batter; First orecchiette with organic sauce; Second roast of typical meat: wings, sausage and bombette; Sweet sugared almonds. A bottle of wine and water included.
